Personal Hygiene
Personal hygiene is essential and our experienced caregivers can help with bathing, dressing, ambulating, incontinence, grooming, and more.
Household Duties
Our caregivers can help keep everything clean and tidy, while also helping with tasks like laundry, dishes, taking out garbage, and more.
Meals & Nutrition
Nutrition is the foundation of good health. Our caregivers can grocery shop and prepare meals that are healthy and part of a well-balanced diet.
Transportation
If a loved one has given up the car keys, we can help shuttle them to medical appointments, grocery shopping, social visits, and more.
Medication Reminder
We can provide Medication Reminder support to our clients to help ensure prescribed medications are taken in the correct dosages, at the right times.
Emotional Support
Loved ones often suffer from isolation and depression. We can provide a friendly ear, helping hands, and essential human interaction.

About VNA Community Services:
Often our loved ones struggle with one aspect of care and, as a result, we consider long term care or an assisted living facility. At VNA, our goal is to keep them at home and foster independence for as long as possible.
How It Works
Our team will meet with you for a free initial evaluation to determine their needs, and then create a personalized care plan focused on providing the quality care necessary to support your loved one staying at home. Our services are available from 2 to 24 hours a day and for our Private Pay clients plans can be modified at any time, without the requirement of a long term contract. For the participants we serve through the Community Health Choices HCBS Waiver and the Montgomery and Bucks County Options Program, we will work with your assigned Service Coordinator to ensure your authorized schedule is tailored to your needs.
Payment Options
We are an approved provider with all three Community Health Choices (CHC) Waiver Managed Care Organizations, which include Keystone First, PA Health & Wellness, and UPMC for You. We are also approved by both Montgomery and Bucks County to provide in-home care through both counties Options Programs. The cost of care may be covered through both the CHC Waiver and County Options programs. We accept all major credit cards and personal checks for our Private Pay and their families, in addition to accepting long term care insurance.
