Helping Eastern Montgomery County Seniors Live Well in Our Community
Our Aging at Home Program seeks to improve the health and well-being of area seniors by connecting them with reliable in-home and community-based resources to help them remain safe and comfortable at home.
Coordinated locally by VNA-Community Services, Inc. Aging at Home – A Community Network is a free program that seeks to improve the health and well being of area seniors by connecting them with reliable in-home and community-based resources, activities and discounts from trusted senior friendly businesses.
These services help to ensure that community members age 60 plus will remain safe and comfortable at home, and will thrive while taking advantage of all that our community has to offer.
